Amherst Community Connections (ACC) provides information about emergency services including housing, rental assistance, food stamps, fuel & utility assistance, and emergency financial assistance to anyone in need. ACC has walk-in hours at the Jones Library on Monday afternoons, except when the library is closed for holidays or inclement weather. No appointment is necessary. Walk-ins are welcome.
For those who cannot come during ACC's walk-in hours, an appointment can be made by calling the office at 413-345-0737.
