Need Answers to Reference Questions?
You have several choices for getting help:
 | Chat online in real time with a reference librarian from one of the libraries in Massachusetts or the rest of the country. It's available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. In most cases, you will be communicating with a librarian who is not from your local library and therefore the librarian will not have access to your library record.
